The Idaho Chess Union (ICU) is dedicated to the cause of organizing quality chess events for serious tournament players in Idaho and surrounding states at no cost to the player. No membership or other fees are required to participate in any ICU event, only a desire to play quality chess in a comfortable venue with other serious tournament players. All events are by invitation only. The ICU is a not-for-profit body that operates on donations alone.
